My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I had, located at the right corner of the building, was quite dated and lacked cleanliness even after daily service. On the bright side, the room was spacious and had a wonderfully comfortable double bed.

I found the service to be a bit hit or miss. While they worked hard to rectify issues quickly, their presence was almost invisible. However, when we did manage to get a hold of them, they were very helpful.

The location was a definite highlight. Overlooking the Mediterranean and the historic center of Byblos, with convenient access to a beautiful beach and walking distance to the old city, the hotel's spot was simply perfect.

The dining experience had its ups and downs. Although the food, especially the Arabesque veg and egg with labeneh, was delightful, the overall buffet selection was basic and not particularly appetizing. However, this is only a minor setback as dining was not the primary reason for my holiday.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large cozy bed that gave me a great night's sleep. The view from my room was fantastic, and having the heater on made it extra snug. The only downside was forgetting my Google Maps in the room!
